COQS 2025 CERTIFICATION UPDATE:

The OASIS COQS exam form has been updated as of January, 2025 (OASIS-E1).

With the majority of OASIS E transferring to OASIS-E1, the Certified OASIS Quality Specialist (COQS) designation will continue to be recognized as active in 2025 for anyone who passes the exam prior to the official OASIS E1 data element exam release.

Individuals who purchased and passed the exam either through use of the COQS bundle or the COQS exam only, have received a complimentary OASIS E to OASIS E1 Crosswalk training prior to the implementation of OASIS E1 on January 1, 2025.
